I started in the building industry on the Outer Banks as a summer job when I was 15 years old. Through hard work and dedication, I started my own construction company at the age of 18. After years of hard work climbing the ladder from small jobs leading to larger jobs, we were building houses for the biggest contractors on the Outer Banks. From 10,000 square feet Oceanfront homes to 1,200 square feet beach boxes, we built it all from the ground up.
With the larger companies, the quality seemed to be missing. That being said, we decided to form Coastal Edge Construction to provide a full service construction company to the public with the customer in mind. With a hands on approach, we will build your house or business space as if it were our own and you will get the personal attention to detail and quality throughout the process that you will not find anywhere else. I am lucky to have the best team on the beach to help Coastal Edge Construction be as successful as it is.

When I am not working hard, I love to spend time and travel with my son. My son Tristan, is 14 years old and attends First Flight High School. He loves skateboarding, skim boarding, surfing, and going on our annual snowboarding trip. He also works hard like his father maintaining a part time job at Vinny’s Pizza Joint throughout the year. My pup, Ollie, is my sidekick and he loves to jump in my work truck and go check up on jobs with me!
